Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged during delivery.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Period
Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Used products
- Opened or damaged packaging caused by the customer
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item back.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct product, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), FastDeal.pk will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
